SNV Teammates

Here is Fuji with some of her SNV/Albania, Peshkopi Team (aka Diber Team) on the way to the SNV Family Weekend. Taking a break in the town of Struga, Macedonia. Next to Fuji, is Besnik ("Nik"), Dali, and Natasha. The Diber team is 13 people total. Fuji works with Natasha the most, who works with our "strategic" local government clients.

Nik, Natasha, Fuji, and (Hamit, not pictured here) are the local government sub-team. Dali, Nik and Hamit are the private sector team. Fuji crosses into all sectors of the team, as an advisor, as needed.

Kadri, the driver! This picture is also taken in Struga on the way to Lake Orhid. He has Fuji's bandana on his head. He prefers to drive without air conditioning. So, we have all learned to bring hats and bandanas. Kadri is the next oldest member of the Diber Team after Fuji, who is the oldest.

Kadri is a great driver! He has a number of credentials and "degrees" for his driving and chauffeur vehicle-types. He really knows every bump in the road from Pershkopi to Tirana Something Jim is learning trip by trip pothole by pothole! This trip, we are all enjoying the smoothness of the roads in Macedonia.

Natasha and Fuji share an office and are also the only women in the team with long hair and they work primarily in local government. So, there are many jokes/comments about the "long haired women, playing with the government." They are good co-workers!
